These Terms and Conditions made by Arc Solutions are effective as of the date of your use of this website arcsolutions.site. This Agreement lays out the general terms and conditions of your use of the Site. This Agreement of Terms and Conditions applies to all the services provided by Arc Solutions to you.

By accessing, downloading, or using any part of the Site or the Services, features, or functionality whether through a computer, mobile device, or other device, your use of the Site and your electronic acceptance of this Agreement signifies that you have read, understand, acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Please read these Terms and Conditions as stated below before you order. In ordering any of the Services from the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We also encourage you to check from time to time for any updates in these Terms and Conditions.

1. Account Registration

You might need to register to create a free account on our website. After you have successfully signed in, you can have access to your orders. To ensure security, you must not give access of your account to anyone else and if you notice any such unauthorized activity, do notify us immediately (in writing).

2. The User Login details

As soon as you register on our website, a User ID and password will be allotted to you. You must not use these credentials for the impersonation purposes. Keep your credentials secure, you'll be responsible for any losses being arisen on our website, as a result of your inability to keep your passwords confidential.

3. Account Cancellation and Suspension

We have all the rights to suspend your account, cancel it and/or edit your account details at any-time in our sole discretion without notice or explaination, if we discover any suspicious or unacceptable activity. You also can cancel your account on our website.

4. Ordering Process

Ordering should all be done online through our website or any of our affiliate pages and sites. Payment for services that you order should be completed/made before your order is placed on cue for creation and delivery. It is a condition of your use of this Site that all provided information should be, current, and complete. If Arc Solutions believes the information provided is not correct, current, or complete, we have the right to refuse you access to any of its resources and services, without notice. Upon completion of payment of a particular service(s), the contract for that particular project is immediately in effect.

Arc Solutions strive to provide an easy and convenient process for our Clients to communicate their requests and wishes related to our Services. In order to provide an exceptional product, while keeping costs down, we require that the Client provides approval for each phase of the process (described below). Price estimates and proposals provided to Clients are based on information and requests made by the Clients and are subject to change based on the number and type of revisions requested.

5. Automatic Order Completion

Once the Order gets delivered by us, the Client can respond to it within the 5 days of delivery for any kind of updations or revisions. Post this period of 5 Days, the Order will automatically get completed from our side and no revisions will be made to the Order thereafter.

6. Revisions

We do start with the process of creating the project only after a brief discussion of the Client's requirements. And, after the completion of the project, we share it to the client for his/her approval. The Client has all the rights to make as many changes as they want in the Intro in the first round of revision. We don't charge any for it. We change it over and give it back to them. Again, if the client finds anything missing, they can get it done, Unless and only, those changes adhere to the initial requirements made by them.

In case the client wants to change it all over again against his/her initial requirements, it is subject to an additional charge.

Thus, Arc Solution's simple and easy policy of Unlimited Revisions is as follows:

(i) Unlimited Revisions Policy:

We provide Unlimited Revisions in the first round of revision, until the Client approves the Intros and is satisfied with the product.

Right from the initial consultation and questionnaire, the client has ample of time to decide the idea, characters, color, animation style, etc before we move to its creation.

Before the approval of the final project, the client can demand unlimited revisions to it.

After the first round of revision, there won't be any Unlimited Revisions, any changes to the project is subject to an additional charge.

7. Pricing

Pricing of the Services are given on the Pricing Page of the website. The clients can demand changes in case, they want some other feature other than what is specified in the packs. In that situation, it'll be settled between the client and the sales team after having filled the Creative Brief Questionnaire by the client. In case of Custom Intro Services, the Pricing of the project will be explicitly based on features or requirements of client. Pricing is subject to change at the sole and absolute discretion of Arc Solutions, however pricing changes shall not affect Services that have already been approved by Client.

8. Payments

Unless explicitly approved in writing by Arc Solutions, all projects must be paid in full when Client places an order.

9. Cancellation and Refund

Orders can be cancelled any-time before the delivery of the project. If you wish to cancel your order you must give us clear written instructions through email. In the email, the subject line should say "ORDER CANCELLATION". We'll refund the amount to your card with which you made payments. We cannot cancel your order if you are unable to provide us with proof of purchase or if we believe that you have made use of the Service(s).

10. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following: (a) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action. (b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war. (c) Fire, explosion, storm, floor, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster. (d) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks. (e) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

11. Disclaimer

The services on Arc Solutions web site are provided to you "As is". Arc Solutions makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Arc Solutions does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the services on its website or otherwise relating to such services or on any sites linked to this site.

12. Limitations

In no event shall Arc Solutions or its associates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the services on Arc Solutions website.

Arc Solutions may revise these terms and conditions of use for its web site at any time without notice. Please visit the page frequently to stay updated. By using this web-site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
